Lake Maggiore, the second largest lake in Italy, extends for about 65km between northern Italy and south of Switzerland. Not only for tourism, but also as a link between Switzerland and Italy and between the countries bordering its shores, Lake Maggiore is crossed every day by dozens of boats.
For a modernization project, LUXSOLAR was contacted to supply Beacons to be installed on the mooring piers of the boats. The lights object of this project are Marine Lights that emit red light, visible for 7 Nautical Miles and with an Occulting type of flashing, as required by the IALA regulation.
