For the helicopter landing area of the Berlin-Brandenburg police station, LUXSOLAR designed and supplied a specific flashing approach system, according to ICAO / EASA regulations, for heliport applications.
The system consists of 4 white flashing lights, fully compliant with international standards, which with a sequential flashing from the outside towards the landing strip, indicate to pilots during night flights or in case of poor visibility the best way to approach the heliport.
